Whether you shop with us in-store or online, we\u2019ll always do our best to make things right if something isn\u2019t as expected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In-Store Purchases<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>As our cookies and baked goods are perishable, we are generally unable to accept returns once they\u2019ve left the bakery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If there\u2019s an issue with your order (for example, it\u2019s not what you asked for, or there\u2019s a problem with freshness\/quality), please let us know on the day of purchase so we can fix it straight away.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement item or a refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Online Orders \/ Deliveries<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to standard, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We\u2019ll review your request and can provide either a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In-store pre-orders (like for cakes, bulk cookies, or special events) can be cancelled for a full refund if requested at least 24 hours before pickup.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Online orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before baking begins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once your order is being baked, we\u2019re unable to cancel or refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Request a Refund<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Visit us in-store or email us at refunds@thecookieempire.com or contact us via @thecookieempire on instagram.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide your receipt\/order number, details of the issue and photos if applicable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We\u2019ll respond within <strong>2 business days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our Promise<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re all about spreading joy through cookies.
